Norman Fell - Wikipedia. Norman Fell[1] (born Norman Noah Feld, March 2. December 1. 4, 1. American actor of film and television, most famous for his role as landlord. Mr. Roper on the sitcom Three's Company and its spin- off, The Ropers.
Early life[edit]Fell was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 2. Samuel and Edna Feld. Samuel was a restaurateur and the family lived at 4. South 4th Street.[2] He attended Central High School of Philadelphia.
He studied drama at Temple University after serving as a tail gunner on a B- 2.
